This was a really good stay in a nice townhome within 5-7 minutes of LU. We were able to have our student join us for dinner and breakfast throughout our stay and have some of her roommates eat with us as well.The hosts were kind and communicated well. Price was fine, plenty of towels, TP, paper towels, soap, detergent for our 4 day stay. WiFi is great - we streamed during March Madness and no issues.3 full baths is a game changer - helped getting ready much quicker for us...We do like to cook and cooked most meals here. If you want to prepare your own meals (or a student's favorite meals) and you are driving to town, my best advice is just pack your favorite pans or cast iron to use (and a sharp chef knife). This was the first time we stayed in a VRBO property, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There were some pots and pans to use, but nothing will ever be as familiar as what you have at home - just bring a few things to make it easier for you.Good stay - hope to stay again in the future.
