Simple cabaña de montaña en las orillas del poderoso Saint Vrain Creek

Esta escapada de montaña simple y tranquila es una cabaña en un lado del arroyo, para no fumadores, de estilo moderno de mediados de siglo, ubicada a 8500 pies en Peaceful Valley, en el arroyo Middle Saint Vrain. Dos dormitorios, además de un futón de la reina en la sala de estar, un baño y una estufa de chimenea de leña. Podrá disfrutar de hermosas vistas del valle, el bosque, el Saint Vrain, y la fauna que atrae. Ubicado justo en la calle de Peaceful Valley Lodge, donde puedes disfrutar de su hermosa capilla en la montaña con vista al valle. Tendrá fácil acceso a senderismo, esquí, ciclismo y relajación en y alrededor de los campamentos Peaceful Valley y Camp Dick. We had a wonderful stay at Charlie's cabin. The cabin was right on creek which we had a wonderful view. Would definetly come back to stay at Charlie's cabin.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed this place especially the patio that overlooks the mountain stream and the many hummingbirds that visit the feeders. This place is a real mountain retreat while still close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Quiet and peaceful

It’s was a lovely stay. A true cabin in the woods. The River out back along with the patio makes for a peaceful place for rest. This has been our favorite place in the Rockies and we will be looking to stay again in the future.

Peaceful Valley Cabin

Charlie’s cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It is a simple and peaceful place to relax in the mountains along the Saint Vrain. The cabin is one of the cleanest, and Charlie was very attentive and helpful with any issues that arose. We would love to visit again!

Peaceful Valley for a reason

Wonderful, rustic cabin, right on the creek in Peaceful Valley, away from the hustle and bustle of Estes Park but still close to RMNP. Host is wonderful and accommodating; can’t say enough good things. Very peaceful getaway.

True Peaceful Valley

This was our second year here and it was just as peaceful and quaint as we remember. The river behind the cabin is the perfect place to be immersed in nature and be away from all of the busyness of Estes Park.

Relaxing and convenient to RMNP

We enjoyed the quiet time sitting along the creek along the proprty. The cabin was very close to the Wild Basin area and close enough to Estes Park to enjoy RMNP/Bear Lake property. This place was perfect for a private getaway in the woods with convenient access to nearby points of interest. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

Awesome little cabin

Had a wonderful stay at the simple cabin. So quiet and peacefull. The sound of the rushing creek is amazing. Awesome hikes close by. Even caught a few cut throat trout from the creek.

A little slice of paradise

The beauty and sound of the river flowing beside the cabin was mesmerizing and so relaxing! The perfect location as we were in easy driving distance of Estes park and took advantage of several hiking opportunities. It's not everyday that you can walk down a city street/golf course and see a herd of Elk walking by! We loved this place! Charlie was an excellent host!

This small cottage on the St. Vrain River is cozy and charming. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is wonderful. Listening to the river flowing outside is the most relaxing sound I can imagine. Charlie, the manager, is a sweetheart. We loved it!

Looking for quite and relaxation

Our cabin was very clean and well stocked. We loved being able to leave the windows open and listen to the babbling brook. Nicely secluded. Felt safe. Our host lives on the property, very welcoming but not intrusive. Enjoyed the quite.

Amazing Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Charlie’s house. We loved to sit on the patio early morning and drink our coffee listening to the creek. Charlie made everything super easy for us! We can’t wait until next time!

Clean yet not secluded

The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved the creek and listening to it. The thing that made us uncomfortable was the owner was right next to us in his camper. We didn’t feel like we had privacy.

Absolutely beautiful landscape.

;Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.

This place has it all!!

Charlie had everything covered and then some!! The cabin is clean and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat!!! Crack the windows and the music of the water will fill your rooms. You won’t have to go far to find wildlife or hiking spots! I could go on forever. We can’t wait to come back!!

Everything we needed

Great location - close to RMNP, hiking trails, and situated right on the melodious river. Owner was very friendly when we needed but otherwise we didn’t see him and felt like we had privacy. We hiked, cooked, played games and watched movies. A perfect reunion! Thank you Charlie!!

Stunning and serene

Within 10 minutes of checking in, we saw a moose in the back of the house by the creek. We counted 12 humming birds at once in the front with constant humming birds coming and going to feed. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. We met Charlie and he was great with the kids and greeted us if he was on the property. Friendly, but also gave us space for our family time.
