“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!
A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“Wow!! What an amazing hotel to stay at. From our arrival to our departure we were well looked after. The staff were cheerful and most helpful. The cleanliness was was second to none. Breakfast choice was plentiful and the cooked option was very tasty.We would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful, a travel cot was provided for my baby and my bed was very comfortable, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. The hosts were so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very family friendly! I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to anyone 👌”

“Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.”

“I had a lovely stay! Cliff was a wonderful host and the breakfasts were very tasty. I was visiting Southport solo to see where my father was born. It's a cute town and this lodging is highly recommended.”

“Unable to contact staff during the few hours i stayed. The bathroom had an alarming amount of mold. I left the hotel hours after checking in, unable to make a complaint on account t of a lack of staff.”
