“What an amazing rental! Best we have stayed in thus far. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, couldn’t keep kids out of it-largest we have seen. If you want a comfortable and safe stay, this rental is great. We visited Jeremiah’s ice almost every night. Beaches easy to get to with ~40 min drive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.”

“The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

“This house is JUST RIGHT!! It is ultra clean and tidy - it's a great size, the beach area is perfect for smaller kids and the dock is little slice of heaven. These owners do a fantastic job of keeping the property in a great shape. It is so welcoming and we never wanted to leave.”

“This was our first experience at booking a home to stay in and it was great! Ashley and Chip were so good at answering all our questions. Check in was easy, the house was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbor was nice and quiet, and we were just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. “Our stay overall was great. We enjoyed the pool, especially on those hot days. I did find it a little short on amenities, especially in the kitchen. Perhaps a few spices, dish towels, and more silverware would have been perfect. Also, a gas grill would have been nice outside and should have been noted in the description. I would absolutely come back to this home.”

“The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.”

“I picked the Red Roof from other local properties based on the customer rating in Expedia -- but I have to say I would not have rated the place nearly so high. It was rather old and worn. My room seemed clean enough - except for the corners of the tiled floor, which seem to have escaped mopping for Lord knows how long. My bedspread was stained but seemed clean. The included breakfast was very skimpy (after taking a look, I breakfasted elsewhere).”
