The space
Welcome to Eagles Landing! This spacious luxury lakefront cottage on the pristine waters of Eagle Lake is waiting for you. Positioned on a private, 90-foot-wide south facing waterfront lot, the cottage is bordered with breathtaking trees, a walk-in sandy beachfront and plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities. Look no further for your next family adventure, couples escape, friends vacation, work-from-home getaway, or company retreat—this classic Canadian cottage experience is available to you, any time of year!

Eagles Landing has been carefully designed to be bright and fresh, and provide everything you'll need to feel right at home. This open concept, two-level bungalow cottage comfortably sleeps 12 guests across five cozy bedrooms, with two full baths. There are three bedrooms on the upper level (one with a king bed and bathroom access, one with a queen bed, and one with two double beds). On the lower level, you’ll find two more bedrooms (one with two twin bunk beds, and one with a queen and twin bed), and another full bath.

Enjoy beautiful lake views from wherever you are, with full-length windows throughout the cottage. Experience the irresistible pull of the great outdoors as you drink your morning coffee in the Muskoka room, relax with a cocktail on the dock (docktails!), and roast s’mores by the fire. Kayak, swim, or float in the calming waters from our private, 90-foot, gradual walk-in sandy beach—perfect for little ones and fur babies.

Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped chef's kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, brand-new stainless steel appliances, farm sink, and charming wooden island—all while gazing out a large window overlooking the lake. A mudroom off the kitchen provides space for shoes/boots and extra storage, plus an additional fridge for large groups. Fire up the propane BBQ on the side patio; there’s easy access to the cottage.

Once your meal is ready, head into the grand dining area with seating for 10 people to dine while enjoying beautiful lake views. After dinner, head into the large living room—the cozy couches here are perfect for games nights or movie marathons.

Need some extra space? Our lower level offers another large, bright living area for kids and adults alike. You’ve got Netflix, gaming consoles, extra seating, pool and foosball tables, and easy access to the lake through large sliding doors. Beyond the bathroom, find a full laundry facility to keep you fresh.

Rainy day? No problem. Netflix and chill in one of our two living rooms, or enjoy a lively games night of foosball, pool, cards, or board games. Work from home? Why not work from the lake instead? Our dedicated workspace facing the water is just the spot for it. Our high speed internet makes working or watching a breeze.

The property is safely accessible year-round (locally plowed), and don’t worry— we‘ll take care of all lawn maintenance and driveway snow removal. From November to the start of May, the dock is removed and placed in storage.

Eagles Landing is located 2.5 hours north of Toronto and 40 minutes from Huntsville, Parry Sound, and North Bay. The Town of South River (15 mins) has everything you’ll need including a Fresh Mart, LCBO, Beer Store, South River Brewing Co., a library, tasty chip truck, and more. Visit Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store (7 mins)—a local general store that offers essentials, fuel, watercraft and snowmobile rentals, and a delicious summer kitchen.

While staying at Eagles Landing, guests will enjoy the entire space, including the backyard, Muskoka room and private dock!

The property has space for up to 5 car parking on our private driveway.

Please note security cameras are on the exterior of the property to ensure guest and host safety.
Other things to note
* Bath towels, duvets (and covers), pillows, shower/bathroom essentials, soap, detergent and more are provided with compliments. *Please bring your own fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases and beach/hot tub towels.*

* The property is on a septic system. Please note that we need to be aware of all guests that will be onsite, and only toilet paper can be flushed.

* Outdoor fires must be fully extinguished. Please ensure all gas BBQ and heat/stove elements are turned off after use. Indoor fires not permitted.
