Unfortunately our stay this time was not actually in the hotel, but in apartments elsewhere in Belle Plagne - despite our booking confirmation stating it was for the hotel. “We booked the hotel in good faith via hotels.com for a family ski holiday but we arrived in the resort at 10pm in freezing snow conditions to find that the hotel was closed for the whole week we had booked. We were left with no accommodation for the night and if it had not been for some people allowing us to sleep on their floor we would have likely frozen to death !!”
