“Absolutely horrible. Will never ever stay here again. We checked in to a plunge pool villa. The pool was dirty and gross, beach towels laid out hasn't been washed in forever. Inside there is no ceiling fans only the stand alone portable fans. It was so hot with no air conditioning. The bed sheets were very dirty with dead bugs on them as well as dead bugs around the entire villa. Not to mention as well live bugs, including many mosquitoes. The entire place hasn't been cleaned. “Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests. We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. “The place is charming, the staff was great and very friendly. The room was super clean. The only thing is that I am a light sleeper and the surrounding was a little noisy. Also, bring mosquito repellent if you decide to stay there. No wi-fi in the room. The food was great I recommend the Malagasy rice soup for breakfast it was delicious.”

“Petit hotel trés agréable à Nosy Be. Les bungalows sont trés jolis et agréables. Point fort, la piscine, qui est grande et belle, extrêmement agréable aprés une journée de balade dans Nosy Be. La plage n'est pas trés belle (les belles plages sont plutôt sur les autres îles autour de Nosy Be), mais c'est quand même un vrai plus d'avoir un accès direct à la mer et le coucher de soleil sur la mer est magnifique !
