“Clean and peaceful!”

“Beautiful place- horses so awesome to watch! Nice welcoming staff. The breakfast was decent- but not so thrilling for my vegetatian hubby. We would come back, though.”

The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”

“From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting. “It's a very well maintained property, very clean and neat. Amenities (breakfast, snacks, soda, water, beer, wine) are great and staff extremely nice (and available). Room (Ivey) was just what we needed, retro decoration, nice bed, large bathroom. Location is great (S. Milledge). Close to University (walkable), can walk to several restaurants and close to sororities/fraternities, but not within hearing distance. Would highly recommend for an upper scale visit to Athens or UGA”
