We have warned the housekeeping guys and they need to be more attentive while cleaning the rooms.

Not very good. Not that clean. TV not not working. Heat barely works.

This is to inform you that i have personally check the TV and heater. And both are working good. And you can inform to desk guy after you checked in, he may fixed it. But again i am very sorry for the incident. This will not be repeated in future.

This place was disgusting. Live cockroaches. Filthy. Transient families with many kids staying in rooms on each side. We left after five minutes.

We are sorry about the stay, but we have many extended stays in the hotels. And regarding cockroaches we have the pest control vendor who is taking care of the same. But we will escalate the matter to pest control vendor. And again i am sorry for the same.

Had a reservation Noone answered the doorbell i repeated rang nor pickup on the phone number left on paper sign on door to call. HORRIBLE STAY CLEAR

As due to staff shortage the office was closed at 9 pm, but the manager was in the room and he did not heard the door bell as he was sleeping. And sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Worst experience ever! Had roaches in the bed on the walls on the floors and in fridge and microwave

I had checked the room and there were no roaches. The guest stayed for 5 days and did not complaint about any roaches and on the last day she starts to complaint about roaches and ask for refunds.

Stay Away~!
The room was filthy, with dead bugs all over the bathroom, At one point the toilet stopped filling uo after it was flushed...The front desk staff was helpful but overall the room was dog with fleas

We have informed our house keeping guys to be more careful and the manager is checking the rooms after house keeping has clean the room. We will take care in future and the same instance will not be repeated in future.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This place was not clean. I think the sheets were slept on. The room smelled horrible. The shower was terrible. The young man at the front desk was great! If it wasn't Master’s week, I would not have stayed here

The sheets are clean but they were not ironed properly. And last night despite non smoking room, one customer has smoked in the room. But we have put the fragrance in the room and now it is good.

The owners are trying to improve a low end hotel. They rent to monthly boarders and the clientele standing around in the parking lot are loud and noisy all night long. The sheets were very dirty looking and the sink had only a hot valve working. The room had no available outlets in the bathroom, near the sink, or near the bed to use for personal devices.

There is different building for weekly and monthly clientele. And we have informed them to be quiet during night time. The rest part we will take care of.

I am not sure where to begin. They have given the exterior of the building a face lift, but once I got into the room, there were several issues. Major issues: SAFETY - when opening the door to exit the bathroom, there was an electrical current running through the door handle. At first, I thought my hand was cramping, but I soon realized it was an electrical current. This is a huge safety issue. I don't know if the handle was somehow touching electrical wires in the recently "renovated" wall or what, but this is not safe. I had to open the door with a towel wrapped around the handle so I didn't get shocked. Cleanliness - we were charged an additional $20 cleaning fee, but I don't know what that was for because this room had not been cleaned. I walked back to the bed to change after showering and when I stepped on my towel to finished drying my feet, it was as if I had walked through mud. Also, one of the towels in the bathroom had brown stains on it before use and another towel had a bunch of long black curly hairs on it (I'm blond and have short hair, so this was not mine.) I felt dirty after showering and was afraid to walk barefoot in the room. This is unacceptable, especially if they are going to charge an additional cleaning fee. Maybe this place is still under renovations or something, but all of the "new" furniture looks like it was purchased at a consignment store and many pieces had holes in them. This was the least of my concerns. The other review must be fake.

Firstly we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. But we had taken the matter with an electrician, and we have confirmed that there is no issue of electric current in the bathroom lock.
