All was as listed - the perfect place for a winter getaway. The woodstove, Patriots victory, and snowstorm made it all very cozy. It was exceptional to find a pet-friendly rental with hot tub, fireplace, pool table.

A weekend getaway with the family to commemorate a fantastic summer. One final family trip prior to the start of the school year. This house lived up to all expectations. my family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house. The hot tub and the pool table were a big hit with the kids. The fact that the listing was pet friendly was also greatly appreciated by my two pups. There was so much to do in the surrounding area as well. We enjoyed mini golf, go karts and ATVs in the white mountains. The only criticisms I would make are that the pool sticks are utterly useless and need to be replaced. Television sets in the bedroom would be a great idea as well. Other than that, I would highly recommend renting this home.

We had an amazing at Bob’s home! The kids and adults enjoyed many rounds of pool. The kids loved the hot tub and the views look like a painting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and beds were comfortable. We went tubing down the Saco, took the chairlift to the top of Cranmore, went for an early morning walk to Diana’s Baths and shopped in North Conway. But really, you don’t even have to leave the house to enjoy relaxation and beauty! Highly recommend Bob’s place!

Amazing home with great communication

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was amazing with updated amenities throughout, making it both modern and comfortable. Lovely Fall Getaway - Close to lots of hiking

We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous & cozy home in the mountains. The view is spectacular. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The games on the first floor were fabulous - we loved there were puzzles too! We will absolutely be back for ski season. The kitchen also was super well stocked & we cooked every night. This was worth every penny & great for families. Thank you for hosting us!

Fall Family Retreat

Our family had a wonderful Columbus Day weekend away together. My husband and I were greeted by the spectacular mountain views, and the photos only give a glimpse to their magnificence...instant relaxation! Our adult, college and high school age children were able to join us as their schedules allowed and there was space for everyone to recreate, relax and just be together. Our college kids were grateful to be able to do their laundry before returning to campus. The Madison Boulder was a quick drive away and an easy and short walk for all age/abilities, very pretty site with the foliage. The wifi worked great for schoolwork and work as needed. The game room was a fantastic addition, and much appreciated on the rainy day. The North Conway grocery stores were a short drive away, and we were able to get some wood locally for the fireplace which we enjoyed during the cool evenings. The home was stocked with all the listed items which was helpful and appreciated. We even had a wildlife visitor our last night, which was a highlight. We appreciated the proximity of the property from the Boston area and would love to plan a return trip. The older the kids and family members get, the harder it is to get everyone together, time is precious and a gift...don't delay. Norwich Forever!

convenient to Echo Lake, North Conway and Diana's Baths, approximately an hour from Santa's Village and Polar Caves. lovely yard and beautiful home. my family includes four grandchildren... plenty of room inside and out

We had a fabulous time! The house was gorgeous. The fire pit, pool table and hot tub gave us plenty do enjoy even though weather was not great. Bob and Mabel were great host made sure our stay was very stress free.

Great rental property!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It has everything you would want in your home away from home. The owner, Bob, was amazingly responsive to our questions and checked in on us to ensure all was going well. Our group of 8 (4 adults/4 kids) had more than enough space. We enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub each day. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we prepared. The view is incredible and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

One of the best home rental experiences out there

My family and I (6 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant) stayed at the Dutton's gorgeous property for a week over Christmas. Absolutely everything about the property exceeded expectations. The home was clean, warm, and inviting. The views were spectacular and could be enjoyed from the deck with panoramic views, the picture windows with the warmth of the fireplace, or relaxing in the hot tub. The house was also very well stocked. We were able to cook our full Christmas dinner without the need to bring any of our own cookware. Everything was in excellent working condition. They even had sleds to enjoy on the hill in front of the house! Bob and Mabel are excellent hosts. They are friendly, prepared, and responsive. We could really feel their genuine interest in my family enjoying the holiday. AWD vehicles absolutely helped with the steep driveway in the winter, but we didn't have any major issues. Thank you to Bob and Mabel for such an excellent experience!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

This house is amazing the picture do not do justice. The view of the mountains are beautiful. We traveled with two toddlers and 5 adults. There was plenty of room for us to all fit comfortably. Check in and check out was smooth and great. Bob answered all our questions. We meet Bibbs pulling in and spoke to her such wonderful people. Do not hesitate to book this home. If it’s available jump on it because you will not regret it. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you

Beyond our expectations

We booked the place for the Thanksgiving break. The house is amazing and had everything we needed for the holiday. We planned several day trips but could not wait to get back to the house! The hot tub, game room and relaxing by the fire were the best!

Great Madison area stay

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids during Veteran’s Day weekend. Owner was home when we arrived and gave us a great overview of the home. House was even more beautiful in person and incredibly clean. All kitchen and bath needs were supplied. The fireplace was a great touch and the view for morning coffee in the morning on the deck was so beautiful. Kids stayed on the first floor and had their own space and the adults were in bedrooms upstairs. Everyone had their own space and the family room and kitchen area was a perfect space to all be together. Would definitely stay again.

Fall Foliage for Miles

Stunning views! Everything about this beautiful mountain home is amazing. Read all of the reviews, they say it all...Five Stars Plus. We made good use of the fireplace and loved the hot tub. Since each bedroom is on a separate floor, we all had our own space. Hot chocolate with a view, perfect. Did I mention the view? So many photos were taken from that deck, the view alone is worth the stay. We'd love to see it in winter with snow in those mountains. So, if you'll have us, we'll be back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us.
