- Looking for a place to relax and really enjoy? Welcome to our home offering views of the city park and wildlife. Take an evening walk around the city lake or enjoy our bike. Lay for a few hours in the hammock, enjoy a beverage in front while your meal cooks on one of the grills. Want to eat at home we have a fully stocked kitchen including air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker. Love coffee or tea we do too!! Try a cup of turkish coffee or need a quick cup to go we offer many ways to love your coffee. All of our bedrooms come with plush bed, sheets pillows and blankets. Each room has it's own tv for some down time. Need a quite evening indoors, grab a throw blankets and curl up with a book, tv or one of the many games provided. Our location is just a few minutes to downtown where you can enjoy one of the many locally owned shops or cafes.

We love the location of this property. The Madisonville City Park has so much to offer families. We will definitely be back! Waking up in the morning and looking at the lake is a real bonus!

Madisonville Park
Very comfortable home in a beautiful setting backing up to a wooded park and a lake. The home was wonderfully provisioned with snacks, utensils, toiletries, etc. we had a great stay there.

Great Setting
Came to Madisonville for the Beech Bash and the hotels were full. This house was perfect and in great shape very clean. Great setting overlooking the park and pond walked the trails both mornings.

Nice little house
Owner communicated well and took care of some minor things promptly. Recommended Marco’s pizza. It was great! Walking distance to park. House was organized and had everything we needed.

Family weekend
Kathryn’s home was inviting from the moment we walked in! It is beautifully decorated & extremely clean. She was so great about communicating with us. Every detail was thought through! Having walking access to the part was a great bonus.

Great Home - Great Hosts!!
I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!

Great stay for a wedding
Was in town for a family wedding. The house had ample room for all of us, and very clean inside. Definitely exceeded expectations as far as things they provided. Kitchen fully stocked even with chips, candies, coffee etc. Ps your creamer is gone we used it all. One thing to keep in mind there is only one shower so plan accordingly. Also game room downstairs. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

House was nice, floors alittle dirty, Holiday deco was a nice plus. Downstairs had no handrail and was pretty dark and dingy. Had some beautiful treats awaiting our arrival.
We are from the west coast and noticed the size of the back porch could become a fall hazard for anyone older.
