Currently Chennai is in a bit of a traffic chokehold as they frantically try and build their metro which makes travelling anywhere in Chennai a bit of an ordeal. However this place is an oasis of peace and calm in this chaos. It is close to Marina mall, and Ganga sweet shop is reasonably easy to access if you have transport if you are looking to take indian sweets on your travels. ...

“The hotel was in very bad condition. Some of the bedsheets and towels had clear stains. This was rather disgusting. There was no remote control for one of the air conditioners. The refrigerator had a lot of rust inside. The bathrooms were not nice at all. In general the place is extremely run down and it seems like there has been no attept to maintain the place in years. The restaurant is also run down. We did not feel comfortable there at all and the price was extremely high for such a place....

Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. “I would say this is one of the best beach resorts near Chennai and value for money. Limited rooms but they have a nice pool, lot of outdoor space for games like cricket, foot ball etc.,. Beach - at a walkable distance and an indoor TT and carrom hall. Rooms are tidy and spacious with a good view. Breakfast spread is just about ok, can have variety and food can be hot. Otherwise nothing to complain here. Would deftly suggest this place for a weekend getaway. Kids enjoyed their time here. P.S :...
