This elegant 5-room vacation rental spans 200 square metres across 2 levels, offering a well-balanced and thoughtfully designed interior for up to 8 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across both floors, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants.
On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room of 70 square metres forms the heart of the villa, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a generous dining table. From this main living area, direct access leads to both the garden and the terrace. A small office with a flat screen television is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table. The ground floor bathroom features a bath and shower combination, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC.
The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each containing 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and shower. A large gallery area is also present on this level, along with access to a balcony and a separate WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas on this floor are situated within an open-plan space such as the gallery or alcove, rather than in fully enclosed rooms.
