“Wonderful experience with friendly and efficient service nd beautiful spacious room”

“Ubicación estratégica, muchos servicios, comodidad.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

“This place has a lot of potential but seems to be under renovation for the past few years. Plus the whole area around it has been under renovation too. The cost of parking was high. The lounge could turn into something cool but isn't much at this time.”

“The hotel was exceptional, and I have plan on staying there again next time I’m in Richmond”

“Everything was Great ”

“I loved it”

“Lo unico bueno fue la atención del personal”

“My only comment would be that the room has very little space to put the clothing (no drawers)”

“This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!”
