“My sister and I stayed for a week and it was the best experience!! The house was immaculate! The owner, Jeffrey, was absolutely a joy to work with and got right back to us every time we needed him (even at 1am when we locked ourselves out of the house). I really cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Oh, don't bother bringing bottled water because the water from the tap is from an artesian well and that is all we drank the entire time!! I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. “The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. “This is a really lovely property located about 15 miles south of the Delaware turf. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There were two queen size beds to sleep in nice size, bathroom, coffee, service in the room, as well as a decent size refrigerator, and a microwave. it is a family home there are, some comfort noises like children foot but overall, I really liked staying here and having the opportunity to get away from the typical hotel environment.”

“The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. “This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!”

“The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and the location was nice if you want something with less crowds and a little more remote. We stayed preseason but the beach was empty. Lots of Horeshoe crabs could make laying out on the beach a little uncomfortable but we are beach walkers and found it very interesting with lots of birds, crabs etc...Important to note that Fowler Beach (just north) is closed all summer for the nesting birds.”
