“Clean and comfy dorm, super helpful staff, great location, tasty food and affordable price :)”

“The room we got wasnt what we were shown in pictures, we had asked for a double side bed and single bed on the side. Which they said they will do and also sent a picture of what the setup looks like. But once we got to the hotel they said it would only be one double bed and a mattress on the floor. When we got the room, we asked the room service to clean the toilet seat once and he said it's already clean so why are we asking. They gave us a rough looking blanket for the mattress which was...

“They gave me wrong address. Then after i got there they had the driver take me to a different property. Then they checked me in and said i had to pay cash. “It was pretty dirty. When they let us in the room, we pointed to dirty sheets (big black stain) and they just said “you’re ok?” Then walked away Doesn’t look anything like pictures ”

“The room was not quite as described. We booked because of a family room that had two king beds, but there was only one bed. A mattress was provided. The hot water geyser did not seem to work. AC worked but was not super-cold. There was no restaurant. No water/electric kettle in the room was provided. Otherwise cleanliness was alright. They did have a car service to the airport which we availed for ₹500. ”

“El personal muy amable, me ayudaron en todo momento y atendieron todas mis peticiones con excelencia, lo único que no me gustó es que el baño no tenía repasador de piso para secarlo después de utilizar la ducha y estaba muy cerca de las camas. No había calefacción y era bastante frío. Muy buena ubicación.”
