  • This Victorian house was built in 1898 and was one of the original homes in Maiden Rock. The property offers amazing views of Lake Pepin with a huge yard and lots of entertaining space. Fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms will make your stay comfortable.

We loved this home. It was comfortable and the view was great. The hosts were accommodating, in contact with us and responded to messages very quickly. The fishing was fun and we enjoyed the wildlife as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and guests (5 total) stayed at this beautiful home for a weekend to attend a wedding in the Pepin area. The owners attention to detail in the furnishings was appreciated. They also had everything available for an out of towner to enjoy their nice quiet stay.

Restored and maintained with plenty of space, this quaint Victorian is an excellent base from which to Explore Lake Pepin and the Upper Mississippi valley. Even inch of the property is immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make meals in when we chose to, including a steak dinner we made on the gas grill. Our stay was relaxed and comfortable, as long as you don't mind the sounds of a diesel locomotive zooming by every hour or two. Actually, it wasn't bad and we all slept wonderfully. By our second night we barely noticed the trains. We loved this place and definitely plan to come back.

Deb was sooo accommodating for our wedding weekend! She was there to help us with all our family comings and goings! My family loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee enjoying the beautiful lake views. Thanks again for helping my daughter’s wedding go smoothly!

Great, quaint, historical getaway.

This property is so wonderful because of the unique view and historical character. Even with its modernized kitchen and bathrooms, the old hard wood floors, the architecture, and period furniture makes it a great place to visit on the Mississippi.

Decent access and parking into a fabulous historic home with great character and excellent views of the Mississippi River, very comfortable stay. Would definitely do it over at this house.

It was perfect for our girls family weekend

We all loved the house and the space! Very clean and lovely home with lots of space, towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the porch view, the local towns and a great home base.

Girl friends Weekend!

The perfect girls weekend house. The house was warm and inviting with just the right amount of charm and new! We had great space for sleeping, visiting and playing games. Everything you could need was in the house. Thanks so very much for letting us rent such an awesome place! Parking is wonderful too! I would defiantly recommend this place to stay!

Awesome Weekend

We were a group of 5 ladies in our mid 60s, that gets together once a year to reminisce, shop, and eat. This place was perfect for us. We had plenty of room to sit and visit, and the bedrooms were very spacious. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make this a very enjoyable weekend. We would all recommend this home to anyone that wants to get away and have a great time. A big thank you to the owners!

Gorgeous home on the lake

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Overlooking Lake Pepin, we watched white pelican migration right from the porch! The house is clean and well furnished with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host is readily available to answer questions. And if you like hiking and small town exploration, the location can't be beat.

Relaxing weekend in a beautiful home

My Mom, sisters, and I wanted to get away, relax, be by the water, and immerse ourselves in one of my favorite parts of Wisconsin. Being able to do all of this in the gorgeous Julian House was a privilege. The communication and response to any issues was excellent and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Home

This 120+ year old home is wonderfully maintained and very comfortable. Updated kitchen and bathrooms along with original features like french doors, beautiful wood floors and moulding provide a unique environment to enjoy time in Maiden Rock. Home is fully supplied with everything from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms. very comfortable living and dining rooms as well. Highly recommend this property and the owners.
