“Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. ”

“My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch. After receiving no communication from the owner (should be 2-3days in advance of arrival) we had to reach out to VRBO Care for assistance who did a great job of getting the owner to provide us with check in information an hour later.We arrived at the property to find that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and guests had just left.
