“Room was nice size . Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Big problem was it was like sleeping in a sauna. No ventilation. Windows restricted to openings of about two inches, No AC and the fan provided was completely ineffective. I would not stay here again unless it is the middle of winter.”

“Good location for attending Classical Concert event at Leeds Castle. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can only comment on the accommodation. Our stay took place over a very warm weekend and the air-conditioning unit in our room wasn’t able to cool the space effectively. In fairness we didn’t report it to Reception, but would hope all air-conditioning is checked regularly.”

“It situated right in the town centre. A bit chaotic. The bathroom and toilet had no lock and male and female was sharing, that was stressful having to keep an eye on the door.”
