“La habitación buena, bonita y ordenada, el personal que estaba cuando entre bien amable, pero la persona que estaba cuando salí no fue amable salí a las 10 pense tomar café con mi familia y no me dejaron que xq ya estaba cerrada la cafetería y habían más personas desayunando en ese momento”

“Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….”
