This location was ideally located to access Haleakala NP. We spent 2 nights, which was perfect for seeing both a sunset and a sunrise at Haleakala. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs - we took them with us to the Haleakala sunrise. We enjoyed the chocolate covered macadamia nuts provided by the host!

Host was very responsive and attentive to our requests. A/C unit worked well & the place was clean and very spacious, even for 5 ppl. We stayed here two days to explore Haleakala sunrise and the road to Hana. Location, which is the beginning of upcountry, was perfect.Things to note: We knew the fridge was only a mini fridge, but that was just too small for 5 of us to store food.

The place was a great stay for going up to the national park. They also had quite a nice gesture of providing snacks, fruit, and bread which came in handy with our hikes up on the mountain. We definitely would stay again!

Perfect for a night before heading to sunrise at the crater. Room is attached to home, but still felt mostly private.It was wonderful to have breakfast items that were grab and go for our early drive!Thanks!

Cool little spot. Dogs are not a fan of visitors, but was perfect for what I needed and would 100% stay here again. I don't know why there are skiing questions here, this a place in Hawaii, the surfing is good. Rad golf course right there played 18 it was fun.

Perfect for our Haleakalā adventure!

Close enough to the coast and the national park that we didn’t feel stuck. The space was great and so were the amenities!

The host was very detailed with the instructions of the location, as well as how to get it into unit. The host filled the unit with great local snacks - bread, guava butter, fresh fruits, coffee, etc.....such a special treat! The unit was very big with plenty of linens and towels. This property was very clean and in a good location for the activities we had planned. The light breakfast had a nice variety of food. The only negative is that it's connected to another residence that had dogs that barked alot.
