Discover this elegant and spacious 215 m² residence, situated in the exclusive residential area of Cerrado de Calderón, one of the quietest and most sought-after zones in Málaga. With capacity for 7 people, it is the perfect accommodation for families or groups seeking to combine rest, privacy and an excellent location, less than 1 km from Baños del Carmen beach and just minutes from the historic centre.



🛏️ The property has 4 bedrooms, distributed on the upper floor. It features three double beds (150 cm, 150 x 200 cm and a spacious king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with a single bed of 90 cm, from which you can even enjoy sea views. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite, plus a practical toilet on the ground floor.



🌿 The great protagonist is its magnificent outdoor space. You will find a private garden, two pleasant patios, a spacious Balinese bed, outdoor shower and a fantastic barbecue, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy Málaga's excellent climate all year round.



🍴 The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a modern smart fridge with display, wine cooler, Dolce Gusto and American coffee maker, dough mixer, blender, raclette for preparing cheese and all the necessary kitchenware to cook with complete comfort.



❄️ Inside you will enjoy Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating via heat pump and ceiling fans. The property does not have a cot or high chair, so it is not recommended for small children due to the presence of internal stairs.
