“Hotel muy bonito por dentro y con personal muy amable. Sin embargo, las habitaciones normales son pequeñas y algo viejas. Aunque intentan dar detalles de calidad lo que consiguen es crear un espacio abarrotado sin lugar para poner tus cosas.”

“The Grand Mercure was a wonderful hub to stay in Malang. It is not too far for Excursions to Mt. Bromo to pick you up and after an experience like that, you’ll want to stay somewhere that will pamper you back to balance. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. ”
