“I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!”

“We left it late to book a hotel in Langkawi and we couldn't get in to any of usual hotels but managed to get a room at the Penarak Bamboo beach resort. When we went in the room it was spacious and very clean but when we opened the back door the view was spectacular. It's a very laid back place, the staff are friendly I ended up booking for another week. It's such a relaxing place, I would definitely go back”

"Selecciona ventana a torres vale mucho pena, tiene 35 pisos , limpieza , desayuno excelente internacional variado , los elevadores son rápidos y bastantes , no tiene secadora de pelo , y el refri solo enfría poco o sea no tiene congelador o frezer , el piso 35 está muy padre porque la alberca la convierten en bar en la noche , y está muy céntrico , lo súper recomiendo de verdad , también te ofrece cepillo de pelo, de pelo etc"
