“The location is impossible to improve on. 3.5 blocks to TD Garden, the grocery store, and the metro. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Our only downer was missing out on our last day of sightseeing due to inclement weather. The house was totally updated with excellent heating and appliances but the second floor tub/shower is awkward getting into and out of, especially for elderly. “The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids. ”
