"Breakfast was ok coffee was Luke warm, shuttle didn’t actually be a shuttle was a lift, didn’t find this until waiting 30 minutes in shuttle area then after calling 3x’s and letting it ring until it hung up on me I finally got someone at front desk that we eventually figured out my location and car picking me up"

"Only weird thing about this hotel is the parking garage which has no elevator access from some of the levels. Very convenient if you are running the Flying Pig"

"Came from Detroit to attend a ball game. Picked this hotel due to location near the stadium and figured it would ease parking due to staying at hotel. Parking was extremely difficult as they didn’t have enough spaces for their guests. Told us they were full due to the game. Drove around for an hour trying to find parking, which ended making us late for the game. Room was clean, great location, horrible parking."

"The room was clean. The amenities were excellent except the pool could have been cleaned better ."

"Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful."
