The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. “Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

“We got there to make a early check in, the guy from the desk was not sure what he was doing. They charge us 2 times with no reason, when we went to ask they said that they don't save cards on the system but they charge us, even when we pay in full before the trip.
