Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get keys and a beauty little well serviced apartment. Walking distance to the restaurants, had a great night.

Spacious, very well appointed and comfortable
Room was spacious, very well appointed and in great condition. We stayed only one night, but would be very comfortable also for an extended stay.

Staying at The Guesthouse was rather unpleasant. We had a herd of baby elephants staying up stairs who succeeded in waking my wife and I up every morning. It seems they were tasked with moving objects from one room to another repeatedly. There is no sound proofing between down stairs and upstairs which made every foot step a thundering thump in our room. There was also a person who insisted of having conversations outside our window on loudspeaker whenever given the opportunity. We did not wish to be involved in these conversations but unfortunately had no choice. To top things off, my wife and I were have a midday nap and a staff member unlocked and opened the internal door and came barreling in with various cleaning supplies under her arm. After noticing us in various stages of undress and sleep, she vacated but not before giving us a further sense of unease in the property. Maybe this staff member is the same baby elephant from upstairs. On the positive, the room was clean, functional and well equipped. The location suited us well with everything worth seeing in the Maleny township being a short walk. Would not come back to this establishment. Spend the extra $100/night and go stay at one of the 50x cabins on nearby properties.

Lovely property. Only complaint couldn't turn light off under kitchen cupboard and shown in my eyes all night from the bed

Hello Gail,So sorry you did not get to turn off the strip lights. There is no switch; they are touch sensitive so just go on and off if you touch them.. We will make up a sign for the next guests to avoid a recurrence.

Great location and lovely property with nice shared areas, reasonable amenities and lots of duty on presentation. Let down by the constant background noise from the pump at the pool next door and the machinery across the road.

Thank you for alerting us to the noisy pump Sandy. We have contacted the Maleny Pool to have the pump repaired. This has never occurred before so we were not aware of the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the noise disturbance during to your stay.

Really lovely decor and well fitted out. Private sleeping, shower, kitchenette but also large living areas available! Beautiful guesthouse feel.

Our host Peter is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were immaculate and well featured. Common areas were also excellent quality and well maintained.

Excellent location to walk into town. Spacious room and facilities. Couldn't fault a thing, happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Peter sent helpful advice by emails

Beautiful studio
We stayed overnight at The Guesthouse while on business. It is a beautifully presented and comfortable place to stay and a lovely stroll to the many breakfast spots.

A wonderful place to spend the night at very short notice. It was near to Maleny Manor where we were attending a wedding. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Would definitely book again.

Very clean inside and out. Car parking very handy. Owner met us at room to hand over keys. Comfortable bed,great bathroom soaps. Very quite,well maintained room and surroundings. Value for money. Will stay again.

Everything in the room was presented of good quality. Bedding was excellent and mattress. Very clean. We didn't see the owner or staff only by text or email.
