El personal en general es amable.
Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, el pero es que las piscinas son de agua salada, muy recomendable el usar gafas para bañarse (no vendían en el hotel).
El desayuno es bastante completo.
Lo peor sin duda es el restaurante japonés, no pueden tener en un hotel de esa categoría un restaurante con un producto así y con unos tiempos de espera de más...

“The hotel was very clean, house keeping very good hard working but hotel itself could use fresh coat of paint, replace stained carpeting (numerous)in heavy traffic areas, hiring an "interior decorating team" as it's looking run down & dated w/ no style at all. Key cards need to be working for entry after 10pm.”
