“My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms....

“This cottage was comfortable and cozy for my husband and I. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent visiting family nearby and LA sites. The beach was close enough to walk to as was grocery and other stores and restaurants. Suzan was there to greet us and showed us around the place in case we had any questions. We found this cottage to be quiet and private in a safe residential area. Perfect for us!”

“The check in process was very easy. Ada let us know when the property was ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier. There is mention in some of the other reviews that the property is a bit noisy at times; this seems to be just a feature of Venice Beach (so close to the beach). Some ear plugs or noise canceling headphones might help if noise is an issue for you. Overall, it was a great stay and I hope to be able to stay at the property again when I visit in 2026.”

Communication was easy with the owners. Close walking distance to the beach & Santa Monica Pier. We look forward to staying here again! ”

“Great place to stay close to the beach and shopping centers. We made use of all amenities that were provided. We traveled with a large SUV so parking in a compact parking spot was a bit challenging, but not impossible. ”
