“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

“Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!”

“Pros: Der Garten ist sehr schön privat und absolut nicht einsehbar durch die Mauern. Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. Der Ort Ariany ist klein und ruhig aber das wussten...
