Deberían cuidar más la limpieza en la recepción, el hotel está muy cuco y súper bien situado, el personal muy agradable, la habitación cómoda y limpia, lo único que salía el agua de algún sitio del baño.

El personal muy simpático. Me pidieron q no hiciera ruido después de las 23, algo entendible, pero me puse a duchar y me lllamaron pa decir q el agua molestaba a los del dormitorio de al lado. Entonces pensé: es un hotel o un geriátrico donde se ducha sin agua? Se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado, y el colchón era muy malo. Por lo demás bien, personal muy simpático.

Horrible. Viejísimo. Fotos engañosas. Muchísimos mosquitos. Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Internet pésimo. Dos camitas pequeñas pegadas d diferentes alturas. Resumen, una experiencia espantosa. Quisimos anular y no pudimos. Terrible absolutamente todo.

Es un sitio muy tranquilo, la ubicación es muy buena al centro de palma, amabilidad y una biena atención, la limpieza la mantienen y mas por esta temporada de virus. Cumplen con kas normas establecidas por el gobierno. Me gusto, las instalaciones estan bien comodas.

Calidad precio excelente. Excelente sorpresa superando nuestras expectativas. Parada de taxis a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Piscina, terraza y jacuzzi excelentes. El personal muy amable. Centro de Palma a 10 minutos en taxi.

Todo lo especial que tiene la recepcion lo pierde al llegar a las habitaciones, mas viejo no puede ser La ducha se cae porque esta rota, sin agua caliente por la mañana, las camas terribles como dormir en el suelo, y el wifi se corta cada 3 minutos.

El hotel es viejo pero en una zona animada
El hotel es viejo aunque muy tranquilo. El personal es muy atento. Las vistas son horribles porque los alrededores estan muy viejos y destruidos. Lo mejor es que tiene una buena playa muy cerca y la zona esta llena de restaurantes y bares. Esta bien comunicado. Te prestan todos los accesorios necesarios para la playa incluso para los niños.

Overpriced
La habitacion no estaba 100% limpia cuando llegamos, el suelo estaba lleno de arena y no se hizo nunca limpieza durante nuestra estadia de 3 dias. Los precios del impuesto de turistas no estan claros y se esta cobrando valores que corresponden a hoteles de mas estrellas. El desayuno no vale la pena incluirlo en la reserva, ya que es dinero mal gastado. Room had sand on the floor upon arrival and was never cleaned during our stay of 3 days. Be aware of the turist tax to be paid, as it is being charged as a hotel with more stars. No need to include breakfast on the reservation. It is not worth the cost.

Habitación de hotel esta muy sucio, los útiles de cocina y platos están llenos de grasa, las toallas no cambian y colchones no están adaptadados para dormir, sábanas y mantas muy viejos y sucios.Comida no puedes preparar por que la plancha de cocina no funciona.No volveré nunca mas en este hotel

Perfect to family
The reception staff are very pleasant, the room is spacious, with living room and kitchen. The cleanliness is very good and you could see it on the sofa that was white and had no stain. Very suitable for those who go with family. Besides all, the location is great, close to restaurants, markets and beach.

Nice hotel at a nice price. Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi. Room is simple, but comfortable. Bath tub and powerful shower head. Perfect location for me. 8 euro cab tide or bus to Palma Historic area. Beaches, car & scooter rentals 2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars 2 minute walk. There are 2 massage spas, 1 barber & 1 hair salon. Everything one needs is a 2 minute walk.

Real Hidden Gem in Palma
I booked a one night stay as I had decided to stay in Palma one more night with friends and needed somewhere to stay. I found this place and it was a real hidden gem. The location is central to a main strip of bars and restaurants and along a town which had plenty open even now. The hotel is up a small hill which is handy as you dont hear any of the noise from the street. The hotel has a lovely white Spanish summber vibe to it and I really liked it. There is a lovely pool, Loungers and a Jacuzzi on the roof which were all a bonus as I never knew they were there till I checked in. The room was nice large double bed everything clean, My only complaint was the room had no aircon, Now to be fair there may be other rooms with AC as an extra but it wasnt a huge issue as the room was well ventilated. Bar was fairly priced too. The only other point to note is that due to Covid the front doors have to be closed so it does look shut when you arrived which did give me a 2 minute minor panic haha. It is very close to the airport and after checkout you can just lounge by the pool all afternoon which is ideal Would 100% stay again. Value for money, Great area and great for a weekend stay. Just book it.

Kind staff and manager. cold bedroom until we got a good heater. small bed and only old blankets. good wifi. basic room and lights off in passageways. landings economy electric. not enough electric sockets. bring leads. no parking only on streets nearby. shops and pharmacy and restaurants nearby good. continental breakfast provided only . we did not have this. nice downstairs lounge area. some rooms have balconies. ours did not. but we could have moved to a room with a balcony after our first night. no aircon it seems in summer but we went in winter. There may be a problem parking in season. Best thing was kind receptionists who were very helpful.

The hotel has a unique boutique feel there is a nice pool area and a nice rooftop relaxation area with a hot tub. This was a lovely area to sit however the hot tub was never hot. The rooms themselves are enormous my room had two balconies one from the bedroom and one from the sitting room. The view from the front balcony was of a derelict building, the view from the back or bedroom balcony was the only marginally better. The bathroom was clean but the decor was rather tired with peeling silicon around the bath. The room had a small kitchen which was very useful and perfectly clean. Overall the rooms just need decorating as it has a slightly tired feel about it. The general feel of the hotel is very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly I would stay in this hotel again but feel that it could be improved.

Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, hotel situated on a beautiful quiet street. The room was clean. The only drawback was that sometimes there was unpleasant smell coming out of as I'm guessing from the water pipes in the kitchen and bathroom.

Highly recommended
Room was perfect. Area is little bit far from center city but beautiful beach was in 10 min walk. Nice view from balcony. Swimming pool was some extra feature. Big room with kitchen. I really enjoyed this place. Hotel staff was so much cooperative and friendly.

Dear Prayash, thank you very much for your positiv feedback. I hope that reception did informe you that there is a public bus every 8 minutes to the center and by car the centre can be reached in 5 to 8 minutes. Also the main Cala Major Beach is only 150 meters away from us and should not take more than 2 or 3 minutes to walk. The 10 minutes walk is already to the famous Illetas Beach. It would be a pleasure to welcoming you back to The LIS again on your next visit to Palma de Mallorca. Thank you !!!

Pros: staff are wonderful. Reception, pool and Rooftop were all reasonable. Cons: the room we were in was badly designed for sharing - bathroom off master bedroom so anyone wanting toilet in the night had to walk through. Generally tired - the size was fine but everything was starting to fall apart - shower bracket came off wall, toilet wasn’t secured properly, nor was bidet or basin on second room. Tired decor, just needs a massive update to tidy it up. Also, incredibly noisy - 2 mornings we were woken at 0530 by very loud street noise and then people returning to the hotel.
