Excelente atenciones
Un hotel muy cómodo, con excelente atenciones de todo el personal, se preocupan porque te sientas bien en cada momento. Tanto el desayuno como la cena muy rico y variado. Hay una parada de bus a sólo 100 metros del Hotel, que te conecta con el Aeropuerto o con la ciudad de palma de mallorca.

Hotel muy cómodo y con buenas instalaciones. Lo mejor del hotel el personal súper amable. Sobre todo el señor de recepción. Da gusto ir a cualquier sitio y encontrar gente tan amable.

Me he sentido, francamente Muy agusto y muy bien atendido, todo muy equilibrado, incluso la ambientación claramente veraniega, no desentona en estás fechas, solo dos pequeños detalles, el papel higiénico excesivamente duro y las toallas de baño pequeñas y desgastadas

El hotel esta muy bien, la "desventaja" que tiene es que es una zona donde hay muchos alemanes/irlandeses de fiesta, amanecen y son las 10 de la mañana y ya están borrachos desnudos por las calles. Evidentemente si vas de fiesta y de vacaciones, esta opción no está mal. Pero si es un Viaje de negocios, donde se busca tranquilidad, es mejor buscar otra zona.

Si busacas tranquilidad, solo para temporada baja
El hotel está bien ubicado y el servicio es muy bueno. El problema es que al reservar, buscábamos un hotel con parking, y en la web y en la página de hotels.com figura que el hotel tiene parking gratuito. Y efectivamente, el parking es gratuito en la calle, no dispone de plazas de aparcamiento. No tuvimos problema porque estuvimos en el mes de enero y pudimos encontrar sitio, pero dado lo estrechas que son las calles y la cantidad de hoteles que hay, en una época con más afluencia de turismo aparcar debe ser imposible. Además, reservamos una habitación con vistas al mar, y solicitamos una planta alta. Nos dieron la primera planta, y en el momento de llegar fue cuando nos indicaron que entregaban las habitaciones por orden de llegada. Teníamos una habitación con supuestas vistas al mar, que se intuía al fondo, ya que lo único que se veía desde la terraza eran los árboles de la piscina. Si no estás seguros de llegar pronto, no merece la pena que paguéis el sobrecoste de la vista.

The hotel is in front of the beach and is halfboard. There dinner menu changes everyday and has many option. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a very noisy street and they are unable to control the noise outside, therefore if you are on the wrong side of the hotel you will experience very uncomfortable amounts of noise all night long. There is no way to know this until you’ve arrived at your room. Some parts face quiet sections.

Good surprise in El Arenal
Building located in the Arenal area, sea front. Team is outstanding: professional, polite, customer oriented. Buffet dinner is way above expectations showing variety and quality, Breakfast is good and room is comfortable and clean. A small remark: room soundproof is not that great meaning that in pick season, neighbour rooms and corridor noise can be bothersome.

Food variety was perfect
The hotel receptionist where very friendly the food variety was 10/10 beach near by this hotel would of been better in summer however the rooms are very small and the rooms no slippers , bath robes nothing was provided for a 4* hotel I was expecting it to be abit better but over all I would rate it 7/10

Great hotel at a great value - clean and comfortable rooms with great views, good selection on the breakfast and dinner buffet and ideal location right across the way from the beach. One thing to note is that the area primarily draws German tourists and is surrounded by German restaurants and nightclubs - which means for those travelling from other countries and looking for more traditional Spanish food and fare, you have to travel into town and away from the hotel.
