Awful hotel, staff are unhelpful. Room heater was not working and they would not provide a portable heater. Shower was not working (blocked with limescale). Restaurant is atrocious. The so called “free breakfast” is awful and served on a side plate. Presumably they think customers will eat less if they don’t provide full size plates.
