Ubicada en el corazón de la región agrícola y vinícola situada dentro del enclave de la Denominación de Origen de La Ribera del Duero, se encuentra la Casa Rural Bioclimática “La Mambla”. Esta casa se halla en la villa de Mambrilla de Castrejón, en el partido judicial de Aranda, comarca de la Ribera del Duero, provincia de Burgos, Castilla y León, España.
Antigua botería, conserva su esencia rústica, cálida y acogedora. En su reforma se ha mantenido gran parte de su estructura, salvaguardando la construcción en piedra, adobe, y bigas de madera originales, además de las escaleras, ventanas y parte del suelo originales.
Además, esta casa ha sido rehabilitada para respectar al máximo posible el medio ambiente y disminuir el impacto ambiental, es decir es una casa bioclimática.
