In the summer enjoy all the lake has to offer boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, or just floating the day away off the dock. The state park is less than 1mile away with a boat ramp, beach/play area, and miles of hiking/biking trails. If you want to enjoy some activities off of the water, Mammoth Cave National Park is about 38 minutes away, and the area has golf courses and horseback riding.

In fall and winter take in the beautiful colors while the leaves change and cozy up to a wood burning fireplace.

The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a large island, ideal for a quick snack or lunch before getting back out on the lake. The kitchen opens to spacious family room with a stone fireplace and large sectional made for watching movies with the family after a long day in your own giant cove. It really feels like being on the big water without all of the traffic.

The 10 x 26ft sunroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake is its own oasis. It has a custom dining table that seats 10 so your whole clan can sit down for a meal together. The sunroom sectional is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine looking over the serenity of the lake in what feels like your own adult treehouse. There is also a 20 x 25 foot covered porch perfect for dining alfresco and a deck off the front door for drying all of your lake gear.
