We traveled with another family and the condo was perfect for 2 families with teenage kids - 3 spacious floors. The loft with the bunk beds was amazing for the teens. The hosts were great, very responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculate and had lots of amenities with thoughtful extras like heated floors in the bathrooms and a fireplace that kept everyone warm. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We slept very well on comfortable bedding. Most important, the location was convenient to everything. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back.

This newly remodeled condo is beautiful. The hosts have thought of every detail, from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, to fully stocked bathrooms with soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. There were also ample hooks for storing ski clothes, helmets, and skis.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was sparkling clean and was very well supplied. High end cookware and cutlery made cooking meals for the family a joy. The location was also very convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. The parking right out front of the condo was very convenient for loading and unloading. Melissa responded very quickly to text messages. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place and location

Everything went smooth. Hosts were great with communication. Location was perfect for skiing. Worked well for 7 adults. 3 shared loft, 2 in each bedroom. Had everything we needed to cook meals and stay comfortably. Kind of dark and not much of a view if that's important. Otherwise a great VRBO. Would recommend.

Great stay and one of the cleanest places I've stayed in Mammoth

Great communication with the owners from the beginning and throughout the stay. The condo is very clean and is fully stocked with all the things needed to make our stay feel like we were home. Overall great place with convenient parking.

Family trip

We love Mammoth in the summer and this was only my second time in the winter. We had a great stay here, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Condo was kept warm with heated floors in the bathrooms/entry way, pellet stove and heater. Close to everything, designated parking. Great communication with Melissa! We will definitely rent here again.

Exceeded expectations!

You will not be disappointed! It's clean, modern and has lots of space. My family and our friends were very happy with our accomodations. Melissa is very responsive- though reaching out to her was never necessary during our stay. Directions on how to use things are easily found and everything is nicely labeled which was super helpful. It's obvious that even the "small things" like high quality towels and blow dryers are offered. It's like staying in a 5 star hotel. We even had friends visit and they were also very impressed. (Their rental was a disappointment) We will definitley be back. Thanks so much for providing a welcoming and warm place to stay for our trip. It allowed us to really focus on spending time with each other and enjoying the mountain.

Thanksgiving Week

What an amazing place! First, our host couldn’t have been kinder. We arrived the day a snow storm was coming in and she let us check in earlier to avoid being stuck driving up in the snow. So thoughtful, thank you! The home was perfect for our family of 5. Parking right in front of the unit was helpful with loading/unloading. And a mudroom was super convenient with all the kids snow clothes. 2 king beds downstairs with 2 full bathrooms and heated floors in the bathrooms? I never knew I needed that. The kitchen was well stocked to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The pellet fireplace was amazing. Nice to not have to start a fire every time. Washer and dryer was helpful with kids snow clothes. Location was a close drive to everything. Also an easy, flat 12-15 minute walk to some restaurants if your kids need to get some energy out before hand. The loft was perfect for our 2 youngest with 2 separate bunk beds for them to choose from. It was our first stay in Mammoth as a family and we can’t wait to come back. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything you need

Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, great location. Easy communication. We had no problems. There were seven adults in our party, but it would also be ideal for two families with kids as there are two bedrooms with king beds, plus a bunch of bunks in the loft.

Lovely and clean place!

My friends and I were truly impressed with this place! It exceeded our expectations. The place had great kitchen amenities and it was very clean. The location was close to all the stores and restaurants. I would definitely come back here again.

Best ski property we’ve stayed at

This place is simply wonderful and comfortable! Every room has a thermostat. The bathroom floors are heated. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking real meals with nice pots, pans, knives, measuring cups, coffee makers, etc. The bathrooms are huge with rain shower heads. The entry / mudroom has hooks for all your ski gear and room for all your boots. The mattresses are comfortable, the living room is comfortable, the location is close to everything and 3 minutes from Eagle Lodge for skiing. My family stayed here for a week of skiing at Mammoth and all agreed it’s the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. Just simply wonderful. The owner is a delight, making check-in check-out painless. When we go back to Mammoth we will definitely stay here (if it’s available)!

Amazing Stay!

The host was very easy to reach and gave great instructions which made locating and getting to the property easy, on top of that the unit was amazing! 3 stories and very well kept and played out, loved the living room where we were able to have a group of 5 comfortably watch movies and listen to music. Kitchen had all the necessities and all rooms were warmed right away. Thank you for the great mammoth experience!
