  • This well-appointed 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California is

    right on the Red Line Shuttle route and only a short walk to entertainment,

    dining and shopping. Settle into the living room, light the fire, and enjoy

    the extensive movie library, just listen to the stereo or surf the Internet

    with free WiFi! Meals may be served from a cozy kitchen to the breakfast bar

    or dining area. (PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WILL HAVE A PAINTING & SIDING

    PROJECT GOING ON FROM LATE MAY INTO FALL, SOME WORK MIGHT BE LOUD BETWEEN

    8AM-5PM) A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountain side,

    restful location. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek

    Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna,

    full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1850 sq

    ft with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more

    parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

Great Stay for Large Group

Stayed here with a group of 9 to ski at Mammoth for the weekend. We all fit comfortably with room to spare. All appliances and water worked perfectly fine. Not too far from the mountain, nor from the town.

Nice but in need of updating

This was probably a very beautiful place in its day, which I guess is the 70’s or 80’s. It was clean but very old. The outlets were borderline dangerous as plugs would not stay in in some rooms and had to be propped up with something in order to stay plugged in. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work and the microwave would go out if used for longer than a few minutes. The location is great. The living area very nice with a beautiful wood burning stove, large dining table and comfortable couches. But many of the blinds didn’t work and we needed to put a blanket over the window in the main upstairs bedroom as the blind was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. It was great having the trolley access in walking distance. The area is very beautiful and we will go back but will look for different accommodations unless this is updated. If you need a lot of sleeping space and aren’t planning on doing much cooking or spending much time in the unit then it’s probably fine if the blinds work and you don’t need to use the outlets in the downstairs bedrooms.

Cabin for Ten

The condo was okay. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Th carpet was very old and looked dirty, but did not smell. The kitchen was small for the size of our family, but functional and well stocked even for 10 people. The bathroom downstairs was small for larger adults but fine for kids and young adults.

We were on our 27th annual guys fishing trip and we always need a lot of beds so nobody has to sleep together or on the floor. This unit was just what we needed.

Comfortable and relaxing stay!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with the accommodations with two small exceptions; 1) when we first arrived, we found two mice dead in a sticky trap. I called property management and let them know. 2) In the master bedroom we needed to keep the windows closed because of the traffic noise at night. Other than those exceptions, we were very happy.

Property is okay but things in this rental are old. A stool and sconce were broken, lots of lights didn't work, etc. There was also a note to use coasters but none to be found. Also no large frying pan anywhere, but otherwise kitchen was pretty well stocked but with old/not great things. TV was very high quality & fireplace was great.Dead mouse and broken glass were found in the house upon arrival but the management company was really professional and handled well. Definitely not the most updated condo I've stayed at in Mammoth, but for the price it was fine.

Haven't got a call back from manager or owner. Bad time.

Bad time.1. Internet wasn't working for 3days or our 5 day stay. Couldn't do work and kids couldn't pay online.2. When it was fixed. Poor and slow connection. Nobody could use it at the same time.3. Toaster had a wire sticking out. Wife almost got shocked.4. Dryer had wires sticking out for the on button. Had to connect live wires to make it work.5. Some of blankets were old and torn.6. Only had 2 tv's. One of which wasn't working. Had a staff come by to fix it, but didn't get all the channels. He said it was because of the weather. I told him that the tv upstairs was working just fine and getting all the channels. Don't understand that.Complained to staff, they were friendly and nice. But I understand that they are limited to what they can do to resolve these issues. I asked for manager or owner to call or email me. Maybe to offer some discount for a horrible stay. But nothing. I have pictures and ask them to come by the unit to see it, but they don't seem to care or resolve the issue. Eddie Park

DISSATISFIED ONCE AGAIN, THOUGHT THINGS WOULD BE IMPROVED - BUT MISTAKEN!! 2 BURNERS ON STOVE STILL DON'T WORK, OUTDOOR GRILL FILTHY AND LIGHTER NOT WORKING. TV REMOTE NEEDED BATTERIES. BATHROOM/ SHOWER FAUCETS AT LEAST 40 YEARS OLD. VARIOUS LIGHTING / SWITCHES / PLUGS NOT WORKING. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN PRESENT CONDITION!!!!!

Perfect for our group needs! Great Homebase

We used this condo as part of a three condo group for a grad student course. Worked out perfectly. We will use it again next year, if they'll have us back!! Perfect homebase, would love to visit in the winter. unfortunately our course is a summer course. but would definitely recommend or use for personal use!
