    Este condominio es de propiedad privada y gestionado y también sirve como nuestra casa de vacaciones. Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un espacio limpio, cómodo y acogedor a un precio razonable.

    El condominio se enfrenta a sureste y está enclavado entre pinos altos por lo que tiene lo mejor de ambos mundos. Sol en la mañana para calentar la casa y ayudarle a subir y la sombra como se pone el sol en las cálidas noches de verano. La vista de la cima desde el porche de entrada frontal le invita a ir a explorar. También tiene un pequeño mirador del Sherwin de y todo lo que ofrece.

    Este estudio cálido, acogedor y bien conservado se encuentra a 2 cuadras de The Village y la góndola. La góndola se lo llevará a Canyon Lodge en cuestión de minutos. El estudio está equipado con un nuevo 46 "Vizio televisión inteligente para aquellos con cuentas de Netflix. Ofrecemos una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama de matrimonio por lo que el condominio puede alojar de 1-4 personas. Hay un cuarto de baño completo y cocina totalmente equipada así que hacer las comidas es una brisa. El condominio está ubicado en el primer piso pero no para personas minusválidas, ya que hay unas escaleras y rellanos de navegar. Ofrecemos GRATIS Wifi de alta velocidad y leña GRATIS con un fácil utilizar la estufa de leña. Hay un armario para el almacenamiento y un par de cajones para almacenamiento plegable para colgar. Proporcionadas, 2 jacuzzis de lino, piscina en verano, 2 saunas, 2 de instalaciones de lavandería en el sitio. Ofertas de varios días durante la temporada baja.


    Después de un gran día en la montaña y un buen baño en el jacuzzi, disfrutar de una noche tranquila y relajante con la familia o los amigos durante la cena y una película. Entonces levanté temprano y en él otra vez!

We enjoyed our stay, property was clean and centrally located to village. Michael provided good directions to the property. The only con were the stairs to access the condo. My husband and I are in our 80s and the stairs were a little challenging.

We will definitely book this condo again in the future. Love the cleanliness, cozy vibe, and proximity to the village. The host gave us clear and easy instructions to check in and out.

Michael was very welcoming and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. A perfect studio.

This place was absolutely perfect for a week of snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain! Clean, comfortable, a five minute walk to the village gondola that drops at Canyon Lodge (still open as of 4/10/26, lol) and to all the village shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the unit as far as kitchen basics and linens and used the community hot tub every afternoon (open 2-10). 100% we would stay here again.

Check in was easy and the step by step instructions made everything effortless. The host communicated with me via email and checked in to ensure everything was as expected! My wife & I really enjoyed the space and the close proximity to the village. We will remember this location and look to book it again on future visits.

Despite some hiccups after checking in (which Michael responded to in a timely manner), the space was perfect for what we needed to explore Mammoth Lakes for the first time. Easy walk to the village, everything was easily accessible in town, and a great hub for seeing and hiking many trails in the area. We golfed at Snowcreek (the views!) and Sierra Star (a great course), both quick drives from the condo. Saw deer and a variety of birds from both the patio and on our morning walks around the property and surrounding area. Didn't use the pool or hot tubs on the property, but the pool did look like it could use a cleaning when we checked it out. Conveniently located property that truly felt like a getaway in the mountains! Thanks for sharing your place - We will be back!!!

From check in to check out we were completely taken care of. Fully stocked kitchen, close proximity to everything and peaceful surroundings. Totally worked for us, thank you Michael. We will be back!

Mammoth Getaway

The studio was pleasant. The kitchen was stocked well. The bathroom towels were soft, not scratchy! There was plenty wood for our stay. The stairs from the parking area to the unit was somewhat difficult to access with the snow on them.

Cozy retreat near major Mammoth activities

Would absolutely stay here again when vacationing in Mammoth Lakes. The studio is well equipped, cozy yet roomy, and in a quiet/peaceful area that is super close to The Village and Mammoth Brewing Co. Also convenient to many restaurants and activities. Our vacation was in the early fall, and we could easily walk, run, bike ride onto the Lake Basin Path. It was a wonderful and relaxing “home” for our vacation. Plus the host/Michael was gracious and proactive/responsive with condo access/instructions.

Great Weekend Family Trip

Great location in mammoth. Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep 4. Our 2 kids slept on the pull out. The price point was just right and we were very pleased with the place.

Mammoth Get Away

This is a perfect condo for a couple, or a party of one. It's close enough to everything in the town of Mammoth. You can easily walk to the Village and from there you can access the free shuttle to Lakes Basin. The unit itself was fantastic with a comfy bed, a well supplied kitchen with dishes/pots/utensils/spices and a few dry item leftovers for use. The Lopi Stove works great at keeping the unit warm when you follow the directions given too. Since the unit is at the far end of the complex, you don't really hear the road noise either. This is a quiet place to retreat and enjoy the surrounding area. I had a wonderful stay.

A lovely, quiet, and cozy stay

A great spot to set off on your adventures in the Mammoth Lakes area. I really appreciated that Mike took a photo of the entrance, because it easy to pass the first time you drive there, but afterwards it's no problem. The condo is within walking distance to a great brewery and just a couple minutes from the downtown hubub. I highly recommend. Very cozy, clean, and perfect for a couple or a small family. Mike also really makes sure to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed the condo. Biggest positive is that it's about a 6 min. walk to the Village Gondola, clean, comfortable bed, nice view of trees through the window, and great wood burning fireplace. However, kitchen is a bit small with no dishwasher. Additionally, we had to email the owner for starter wood for the wood burning fireplace and 2 pool / spa towels since there were only 2 spa / pool towels provided even though there was 4 of us. (There were also bath towels.) Owner was very responsive for these requests, but ideally it would not be required. No extra pillows in the unit, so had to bring 4 from home in order for the 4 of us to have 2 pillows each.

Comfy & Close to everything

Fantastic experience, starting with easy access into condo and ending with short walk hot tub. The condo was set up for your cooking needs, relaxation and game time with a woodburning fireplace and board games. Quick 8-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to the mountain. Clean and ready to go, can’t wait to come back.

Really is a hidden gem

Couldn't have been happier with this beautiful little condo. This is a perfect place for a couple or just one person looking for a quiet weekend and some time on the slopes. Five minute walk to the Village, you can take the gondola up and be on the mountain in no time without even getting in your car. The place is modern and cheerful, kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Absolutely going to stay here again next time we're up there, easy to find and Michael was very helpful and understanding when we informed him we had to leave a day early. Loads of firewood for the wood-burning stove and the entire stay was unbeatable. An already great trip was made even better by this fantastic place, highly recommend staying here.
