I was notified 2 days before our trip that the jacuzzi was out of service. I contacted Grand Welcome at that point and said I wanted to cancel our reservation if the jacuzzi isn’t working. Grand Welcome told us they contacted property management and HOA about this issue and jacuzzi was working. It was not working correctly when we arrived. It was 48 degrees outside maybe 80 degrees in jacuzzi and not heating up over next 3 hours. I complained multiple times Grand Welcome and asked for some compensation from them, management for building, HoA, or owners and told there was nothing they could do. Use caution with Grand Welcome as somebody is not forth coming about property amenity issues-which somebody knew from the obvious first email alert
