Great location for a ski trip. Very close to the village and a bus stop to take you up to Canyon is just outside the door. Check in and out were extremely easy. The condo is great and was everything we needed.

Perfect, just as advertised

Place was exactly as pictured, walking distance to shuttle, village, and gondola. Check-in was fairly easy, and everything was very clean and accessible from the cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo in great location

We were there on July 4th weekend and it was exceptionally hot weather, I would recommend adding portable fans to the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights with my family of 4 and our dog-During mid March so it was snowing! Overall the place was great, well equipped kitchen, beds were comfy, natural light upstairs. The heater worked well and fireplace was cozy. Low on firewood so called and they brought it late the next day.Only negatives were the place could have been a bit cleaner. High ceilings so cobwebs up above. It is dated and older but we knew that by the pics. Wish there was more seating to watch tv. Ok for four but I can’t imagine with eight people. I brought our own blankets and so glad we did. I found an old one in a closet but didn’t want to use it.Great place for our golden. He loved hanging on the balcony to people watch. Location was close to the village and gondola. Small walk uphill to go back to the condo. Jacuzzi was not heated the first day but we tried the next day and it was working. 2 parking spaces right in front so loading, unloading was easy. Had to go to their main office 5 minutes away to pick up parking passes, had to return when checking out.I would stay again, mainly because of its location and it being dog friendly!

Stayed with two teenager daughters and the grandma's and our Newfoundland dog. It was perfect for us.The management property was responsive if I had any questions or concerns. We would love to stay here again.

Very mixed experience with Mammoth Reservations

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented with Mammoth Reservations several times in the past and had very positive experiences. This time was the exception. It began poorly at check-in with a recepionist who was rude (unhappy to be working over the holidays perhaps) when I arrived at 3:45 and the unit was not available, so I simply asked when I should return and was berated because it was not 4pm yet and so it was apparently unreasonable to ask. The heater and WIFI in the unit both were problems. Mammoth Reservations did send someone out to fix internet issue by bringing a hot spot, but the tecnnician said there was already a hot spot in the unit - we just had not been provided the hotspot ID or pwd. The thermostat did not work, so while we had heat, it was uneven in unit with some rooms too hot and others cold. One of the beds had broken slats. Also, though matches were to have been provided, they were not. When we requested them, we were told to drive back to the office. On the plus side, the unit was a 5 min walk to gondola. So while my past experiences with this prop manager were positve, had this been my first I would never rent from them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 going (5 adults, 2 children), but one family backed out and we added a couple. This allowed us all to have our own bedrooms and it comfortably accommodated us for breakfasts and dinners. The plumbing looks new, but it could be tightened up as the kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom both were loose. When we have a large group, we'll stay here again!

House issues

We read the reviews before showing up and specifically asked about the water pressure and shower before booking. Bianca said it was fixed but it was not. We didn't have the master bedroom shower work for a day. They sent a technician out the next day to replace the shower head. They also said this was "pet friendly" but then charged me extra after the fact saying it wasn't even though I photos of the listing with the pet information. Great location and spot otherwise.

Great Location

Great location, but lacking in some amenities. Could use more kitchenware (pots and pans) and cleaning supplies. Also, the downstairs is extremely cold.

Not Ready for Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property is not fit for rental. The water pressure in the main shower and hallway sink is just a dribble. There's a hole in the upstairs bedroom door. The heating system doesn't heat upstairs and over-heats downstairs. The heater is SO loud in the front bedroom and the gas sensor lights up the room every 5 seconds. Lights burned out throughout. Building materials/trash in closets. I stepped on a sewing pin in the carpet. New Shower fixtures and sinks but long way to go on the renovation. Do not rent until complete!

A bit dated

Location was great but we experienced some problems during our stay. There were challenges with the heat and water pressure was not good. The unit was minimally stocked with cooking items. For the price I would expect more.

Cozy stay

Great rental, walking distance to the Village, Nice new appliances, except kitchen little dark during the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
