The owner takes great pride in their VRBO, the place is very comfortable and nice HOWEVER, the management company is insanely rude and non responsive. There are also no laundry facilities on the property grounds (took me many inquiries to the management company with no response to finally take it upon myself to walk the property and identify there are no Laundry facilities), a simple reply would have been appreciated. Additionally, the jacuzzi was "under maintenance" for two - three days, I emailed and called to ask if/when it would be open and the gal said "We don't manage that, I guess I can call the property manager", I though great! I asked "when you find out, will you email or call me back?" her reply "I guess". We have 5 children and they are always asking, "what are we going to do, what's the plan..." so having info readily available is super important for us. At any rate, no jacuzzi time that trip, we spend an evening at a laundry mat washing all of our snowboarding gear just so we can ride the next day, that is not what we are trying to do when we are on vacation, definitely felt like we were "slumming it". I hope this review makes it back to the property owner because I can tell by the home (very well put together) that they would be expecting more from the company they hired and are paying for (I know I expected more for my money). I don't even want to talk about the confusion with having to download an additional app (outside of VRBO) to pay, I was checking my personal email, vrbo messages, and this other app hopeful to get a response to my inquiries, but response communication never came. There are so many options in Mammoth, just stay elsewhere.
