  • In the heart of downtown on the shuttle route. A 2 bdrm+ loft walking distance to Vons and restaurant row. This beautiful updated condo boarders Sierra Star Golf Course. End unit, super quiet, Convenient parking just outside of the unit, very close to pool and laundry facilities(shared). Pet and child friendly. 65" flat screen in living room as well as flat screen in every bedroom and loft. We have just installed a beautiful new pellet stove so no messing with wood.
    The kitchen has all new appliances and is well appointed. The unit is very clean and well cared for ! Condo unit has pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, game room, laundry room(shared).Be aware you are booking in a mountain community. we cannot control weather, road conditions, fires / smoke and do not give refunds for any of the above.

Mammoth Fishing Trip

Property was very comfortable, great location, walking distance to many amenities in Mammoth. The owners were very helpful and we would definitely stay with them again. We visited in the summer for a fishing trip but this would also be a great ski/snowboard base.

Great property!

Stayed for 6 days with 6 adults, 2 toddlers and dog. The condo had plenty of room for us and would have been comfortable with several more. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The complex was close to everything yet John just far enough to be quiet and relaxing. It was great to be able to have our dog with us. You see if I add anything else Would definitely stay here again!

Pet friendly stay

This was our second time coming to lovely mammoth with another family. The home was perfect for us. Previously we stayed at the village. We had my two corgis with us and 6 mountain bikes. The home had room for all 6 of us and all our toys. Nice neighbors in the complex. Right by the pool which has an bbq. You can walk to Distant Brewery and some other shops if you like going for walks. Vons is right there as well. Owners are very responsive. Would stay here again.

Great layout and very pet friendly.

Only downside to the property was the heating in the downstair bedrooms. The weather was extremely cold on the first day and the downstairs bedroom/bathroom heaters couldn’t keep up. The upstairs heating was really good. Great proximity to the jacuzzi!

Great Stay!

My friends and I (8 of us) really enjoyed our stay! It was the first time up to mammoth and I wanted to make sure our stay was as comfy as possible. Not only was the place spacious enough for us, but it was also in such a great area! We were close enough to everything! The place was large enough for everyone and was stocked with everything you might need. We cooked one night to thanks to the kitchen being stocked! If you're looking for a place that is spacious and close to everything...look no further. If you want to be close to MANY restaurants then this is the place! I'd definitely stay here again!

Our vacation was almost cancelled due to winter storm. But thanks for constant communication. This place is almost perfect for us. Nice and clean. Easy access to bus. But unfortunately one of the matress need to be replaced. Other than that it perfecr

Clean and comfortable.

Had a nice stay at this property. The place was clean and comfortable. Had no issues with any of the appliances and it has the basics you’d need to cook a meal. We don’t watch a lot of tv, but each room has one and the living room tv is big! I’m a Dodgers fan, so it was certainly nice to watch the playoffs with the fireplace going and a have a couple of Mammoth Brewing beers :) The pellet fireplace does a good job of heating the upper levels. It was certainly nice to warm up to after a day of fishing in the cold fall weather. The downstairs does get cold, but each bedroom has its own heater so we slept comfortably. Overall we had a nice stay here and thank you for being pet friendly so our dog could enjoy it too!

Great Property and Location

We had a fantastic time during our stay and were so thankful to find a place that was dog-friendly. The cabin was spacious, easily fit our group of 10, and was in a great location (just down the road from Eagle lodge). We'd happily stay here again!

Great Place

We loved our stay here! The only thing is the hot tub was closed due to COVID, which we were bummed about, but other than that, we had a great time with no problems or issues at all. The owners are great at communicating and the check-in and check-out were both easy. Thanks for helping us have a great time and make another great memory for our friends and family!

Good value

The communication with the owner/manager was outstanding. The condo is located 100 yds from a shuttle stop. Quiet complex, walking path nearby. My husband who has bad allergies to pets and dust did not have one problem- that’s how clean it is. It is a pet-friendly listing too. The only negatives were that one of the bedrooms runs a bit cold and the coin-operated laundry room across the parking lot didn’t have a change machine.

Comfortable home and Monique is easy to communicate with before and during stay.

We would not stay here in the winter again because the heating system was not very good and we were cold. I would however stay here in the summer. The home was clean and the kitchen was adequately supplied.

Good place for a family stay!

Good location and size for a family stay. The pellet stove was a little bit hard to figure out at first but the owners were super responsive and at the ready whenever we needed help! Good parking and easy access to the condo. Owners obviously take good care of the property and are very interested in making sure that your stay goes smoothly! Good amenities too! Netflix access! We would come up and stay there again!
