We were not able to get into our place. We arrived very late Friday night. The code provided to get into the condo did not work. I contacted the number provided on the email. For an hour and a half, they were not able to get me into the room. By this time it is approximately 2 am. I could see this was not working, gave up and got a hotel. I am expecting a refund in 7-10 business days. A terrible experience. You guys need to do better than this.
