A big storm came into Mammoth so we didn't make the trip up. I reached out to the host to see if we could reschedule our reservation to another available weekend, but the host wouldn't allow it. In my experience, most hosts are willing to work with you when bigs storms come in, but this host would not. Know that if you book here, you are taking a big risk because they will not work with you at all if you are beyond the cancelation period. Another really annoying thing is we were still charged about 300 for cleaning and damage waiver fees. I reached out to see if we could get a partial refund for these fees since we never checked in. They have totally blown me off. I've checked in 3 times in the last 8 days and the host keeps replying with "We need more time to review your request."Again, we never checked in, but the check-in process requires you to drive to a separate office to pick up the key, before you can get into the condo. This is an annoying extra step that most condos don't still do.
