🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Covered parking is provided for 1 vehicle in the Huntington (Summit) Building garage. Additional guest parking is available underground (spaces labeled A, B, etc.) on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is possible when a guest spot is available; no extra parking beyond the garage is guaranteed. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit and must be displayed.

• Communal amenities, including the sauna, two Jacuzzis, and showers are located at the end of the building. A small fitness center and tennis court are onsite, along with a communal pool.

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Wi-Fi is provided, and the unit reports up to 500 Mb/s download speeds. However, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, area-wide internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
