  • Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

    This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no stairs to enter. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, large flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating with plenty of natural light and mountain views.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

    Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

    Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

This place was ok, it could definitely use some updates (a lot of the windows/blinds were broken, pretty dark inside, bed was very noisy). Nothing terrible, just ok. Great location!

Great Location

Great location - in town, within walking distance of Mammoth Creek and the park. A little old, nothing special, but 100% clean and functional, and we got to bring our dogs.

Good location

Good location, quiet complex with a pool and spa, carpets could use cleaning but it’s pet friendly so it’s expected!! Easy check in check out. Would stay again

Outside was very well kept. Location was awesome! Inside was dated but clean. Overall, was a great stay. But bring your own pillows.

This condo suited our purposes as we had to find a single level condo quickly.It is dark and felt like it hadn't been updated since the 70s.We didn't use the kitchen because the rest of the family was at a different condo

Perfect for a short getaway

We were in Mammoth for a wedding and needed to bring our dog. The location, size of room and check in were all perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone, but especially those with pets.

Lovely Property, Easy walk to Red line Shuttle

Great location not far out of town and close to the Shuttle line to get to the village in no time. Short walk to food and groceries and great walking trial close by. The property was a great size for 2 of us and can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks for the nice stay.

Wonderful Location and Property ( Pet Friendly)

A perfect little retreat

Spent four nights in this property, good location and access to the center and ski lifts. My dog loved it too😍. The only downside is the walls are too thin, you’d hear everything next door, upstairs.

Great place!

The place itself is spacious with a nice large bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Parking is simple and the best part was the heater where it kept the place really warm! The pull out mattress from the couch is spacious as well.

Perfect getaway with the fogs

Cabin and neighborhood was clean, conveniently locate to about everywhere in mammoth and not mention the walking trails for the dogs.. thanks for having us!!

Great for a small family

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect for our family of three and our Labrador. Skiing is close and the walking trail nearby. We were here in Snowmaggedon and I was super impressed that despite the constant snow, maintenance kept the walkway clear and parking lots plowed. Will definitely stay here again.

A couple of things needed attention. Bath bar in bath and very bright lights over dining table. Reported to property manager. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Nice, quiet location. Size of unit is generous. It was well stocked with towels and all kitchen supplies. The sheets, bedroom and closet smelled stale, as if the bedding hadn't been washed or freshened for quite a while. The unit needs paint and wall repairs: there was a gap in the dry wall between the toilet and the tub. There were chunks of wall plaster on the corners that need to be patched and painted. There was no bath mat for grip in the shower, which made it dangerously slippery when bathing. Hot water in shower didn't last too long. I guess this is what you get for a pet friendly accommodation under 300 in Mammoth.

Fun property in great location!

We love the Sunrise Condominiums area! This unit was a fine little place right next to the pool/hot tub complex. It was a little understocked with e.g. kitchen stuff, but that didn't matter as we were there for the restaurants anyway. Easy access to some nice trails along Old Mammoth Rd for running and dog walking, nice pool - what's not to like?

Great stop for a non-travel day during a road trip

Good access to the in town rec trail along Mammoth Creek. Things were as described. There was a kitchen shelf that fell/came loose on one side, but no problems. Just unloaded it and reinserted the pegs. All in all, a very pleasant respite.
