• I would not book this home again. We stayed the first night and found an alternative place to stay on our own due to the issues described below. Communication was difficult to say the least with both the host and the host's management company. Responses took several days or in some cases there was not a response at all though it was clear they had received my communication. The host and/or the management company did not inform us of additional charges when making changes to our booking dates which they billed us the day of check in. Check in information was not shared until we were charged the additional change fees that we were not informed of. While the video camera is listed on the ad, it is located inside the property and thereby can capture audio as well as reflections from the window which seem in contrast to VRBO's policy regarding surveillance. The condo was 48 degrees F when we arrived and with only 2 small wall heaters took several hours to warm up. The bed sheets had both hair and makeup on them. The HOA did not shovel the walkway. The internet did not work, and the host made no effort to fix it, so the TV did not work either. Internet is needed here due to the poor cell service. Certain features (eg countertops) are not as described in the ad. Finally, we were informed only 2 hours before check in that parking is not allowed on check out day, so be prepared to find somewhere to park your car for the day.
