Just to the right of the home’s main entrance there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues with family and friends. The property is in a secluded location, surrounded by 14,000 square metres of land. 7,000 of them landscaped where you will find many Mediterranean plants such as fragrant rosemary, olive trees, cypress, palm trees, pine trees with shade and could not miss its orchard of lemon and orange trees. From the property, you can admire the surrounding Mallorcan countryside with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador on the horizon. The interiors of the house are furnished with 18th- and early 19th-century furniture and house a large art collection. Upon entering this two-storey house, you are met by an elegant dining room which leads into the living room, equipped with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, satellite television and a CD player. Separated by an archway, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any recipe, including a gas hob. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For your comfort, there are three bedrooms in total. Two of them are in the main house – each fitted with a wardrobe and a fan – one of which is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, whilst the upstairs bedroom has two separate single beds. The third bedroom is in a lovely annexe and features two single beds pushed together, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. A cot and a high chair are available, as well as a fourth fan if required. If you are environmentally conscious, you will be pleased to know that the restoration work took great care to ensure efficiency and the sustainable use of natural resources. The estate’s entire energy supply is generated sustainably thanks to its solar panel array; the water comes from the estate’s own sources, and waste water is filtered and treated for subsequent use in watering the gardens.

Located in a rural area, this home is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small farming town characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its high commercial activity, pearls factory and furniture stores. Felanitx keeps the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can stroll through the old town with great commercial life.
