Family friendly paradise.

We estate at this hotel with our kids and it was an experience to cherish. The spacious rooms, the friendly staff and the outdoor activities kept our little ones entertained. The resort's location allowed us to enjoy nature walks and picnic with stunning backdrops.

Romantic retreat in the hills

The proximity to Mall road made it easy for us to explore. The rooms where luxurious and the garden was a beautiful spot to relax. We enjoyed the food which was both delicious and diverse. The staffs service was impeccable and the bar and disco were perfect for unwinding in the evening.

Fantastic experience

Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect just minutes from Mall Road. The garden and gym were great for relaxing and staying active. The food was delectable and the rooms were comfortable with a great view. The staff was incrediblely welcoming and the bar and disco added to the overall experience.

The nature lover's retreat

This hotel was an absolute paradise for me. The sound of the river the fresh mountain air and the lush greenery created an ambience that was pure magic. The room with its large window offered breathtaking views of snow capped peaks. It was our memorable stay.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location could not be better just a short stroll to Mall Road. The food was exceptional and the garden area was a peaceful retreat. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms with adjustable room temperature , and high quality service.

I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place.

This hotel offered the best of both worlds. We spent our morning tracking through the nearby hills and our afternoon relaxing by the river. The hotel staff helped us arrange exciting activities like paragliding and river rafting and making our trip to Manali unforgettable. Our trip was combined with adventure and relaxation.

According to our stay its best resort in this area . If i am taking about the location its best location in whole Manali just 800 meters main center point Mall Road with very good view from the room. Rooms are really very good wirh all facilties and balcony is just add on. If i am talking about other faclities they have lawn, children plating area and Playing zone for adylta, gym , disco and lots more In short very resort with all luxury facilities.

Great staff, everyone so helpful and friendly. Place was clean. Needs to have hot water at all times, maybe there is an expectation that you have to ask for this at times? Good supplies of coffee/water. Lovely room view. Comfortable bed.

Sub normal hotel, bad bathroom, no water pressure in shower, not clean towels, average breakfast, lot of noise etc
